Metro Infusion Center (Affiliated with Metro Infectious Disease Consultants) is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to supervise and administer infusion therapy Full-Time (four days/week) at the clinics in Alexandria, VA, Germantown, MD, and College Park, MD. The NP would travel to all three clinics each week.

Specific Duties:

• Peripheral line placement
• Vitals
• Electronic charting via Cerner
• Supervise and administer intravenous infusions with possible clinic evaluation of new patients.
• Travel will be required between local offices.

Requirements:

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
• Nurse Practitioner experience, preferably in an infusion-related setting
• INFUSION EXPERIENCE
• Chemo experience is preferred but not required
• Proof of current vaccinations, including recommended boosters, is commonly required for those working with immunocompromised patients. These include measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis A and B, influenza, and COVID-19.
