About who needs care: Mom has had several injuries in her lifetime, now has bad back, bad ankle, uses wheelchair when going to medical appointments; has had eye surgery so keeps house somewhat dark; sharp mind just now beginning to have minor memory issues
About the care needs: need to be able to lift folding wheelchair in and out of trunk and/or carry downstairs to car
Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
