Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to foster & sustain robust relationships with clients & internal teams
• Strong real-time critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated
• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work autonomously in a rapidly evolving and demanding work environment

Responsibilities:

• Run 2-4 daily appointments in designated areas
• Show up to scheduled appointments and closing them on services
• Distribute marketing materials and engage in face-to-face conversations with potential customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Relationship building
• Educate potential customers about our products and services
• Identify opportunities to follow up and close deals
• Maintain accurate records of lead generation and sales activities
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required

Benefits

• 1st Year OTE $90,000 - $150,000
• Pay: $90,000 - $260,000
• Commission pay
• Monday to Saturday
