Rate $20 - $23 per hour, depending on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform resident work orders in apartments.
• Perform turnover of apartments.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work on premises.
• Oversee Maintenance Technician and direct work.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory in conjunction with Community Director.
• May perform light grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Customer service.
• Salt/snow removal duties.
• Rotating on-call in the Shippensburg/Chambersburg area.
• May be eligible for an on-call bonus!

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus!
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA drivers license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma/GED.
