Job description

A recognized services organization in Virginia has a great remote opportunity awaiting a SharePoint Intelligence Analyst.
What you'll do...

  • Under the direction of Contract Operations' Sr. Product Manager, you'll build and maintain reporting models and utilize custom workflows/apps in the Power Automate/Power Apps environment in order to efficiently support automating Contracts processes and procedures according to end-user requirements
  • You'll work with other cross-functional stakeholders to support design, code, test, maintain and/or implement tools/processes for Contracts operations automation
  • You'll work on projects that require extracting data from various data sources and connecting, importing, and transforming data
  • You'll work closely with all stakeholders to understand and implement security requirements as it pertains to access to Sharepoint/Excel data, inclusive of access and security of Contracts Reports and Reporting Dashboards (and files stored in the Sharepoint/O365 environments)
  • You'll be proficient in prototyping, designing, and requirements analysis; Should be capable of developing multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards
  • You'll be adept in scheduling, developing, and publishing Power BI reports as per requirements; Must be capable of handling project documentation and design methodology
  • As a member of the Contracts Operations team, you'll be the point of contact and work closely with Corporate IT team to provide technical maintenance and development support of Contracts tools, reports, dashboards and Sharepoint/O365 environments ensuring that proper QA testing and validation protocols are followed and ensuring tools are promoted/released to users in a controlled manner
  • You'll have good working knowledge of Synapse & SQL Data Warehouse
  • You'll assist with Contract Operations Systems, Tools, Metrics & Reporting initiatives
  • You'll support special projects within the Contracts Operations Team
  • You'll be knowledgeable of working in the a Government Community Cloud High cloud environment
You'd be a great fit if...
  • 2-4 years of experience in the analytics field with a focus on delivery of analytical offerings using Microsoft based tools
  • You are a U.S. Citizen
  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a Microsoft O365/SharePoint environment, preferably SharePoint 2016 and 2019 and GCC High environments
  • You have worked in a Microsoft 365 GCC High environment
  • You have experience with Power BI dashboards, on-demand reporting, business analysis, etc.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, Power BI
  • Experience translating user requirements into solutions, including communicating designs through wireframes, defining Minimum Viable Product and managing change requirements
It'd be even better if you...
  • You have direct experience with large data migration efforts, data cleansing, data management best practices, developing and/or contributing to business requirements documentation for reporting and/or data visualizations
  • You have an understanding of analytical process automation
  • You have knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes/gateways, Power Apps & Power Automate
  • You have experience producing BI reports from data sources such as SharePoint (teams) lists, data warehouses/data lakes, Enterprise Resource Planning (financial), Procurement or CLM applications
  • Advanced Excel skills in support of data management requirements utilizing advanced formulas to handle large data sets from several sources to create and/or manipulate data to include, but not limited to using functions such as Power Pivot/Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, V/XLOOKUPS, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIF/PRODUCT, Charting, IFERROR etc.
  • You have direct experience working with Executives and C-Suite leaders
  • You have a strong work ethic and can effectively work independently with limited supervision
  • You have strong organizational, written and oral communication skills
