Job description
In this role, typical tools/role will include:
Perform IT Project Management and Scrum Master functions for a team of 4.
Manage a portfolio of 2-6 ServiceNow application projects.
Typical Project Management duties will include:
Developing and managing to a delivery roadmap.
Estimating LOE (via hours) for forecast estimates.
Typical Scrum Master duties will include:
Performance all Agile ceremonies.
Work with customer to develop User Stories.
Maintain project information in Jira.
Requirements
Project Management Experience: Must have experience overseeing project management functions for a small team, ensuring successful project delivery and adherence to timelines.
Scrum Master Duties: Must have experience performing Scrum Master duties, including leading all Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Project Portfolio Management: Must have experience managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Roadmap Development: Must have experience developing and managing delivery roadmaps, outlining project milestones, timelines, and key deliverables.
Effort Estimation: Must have experience estimating the level of effort required for tasks and projects, providing accurate forecasts and resource planning.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Documentation: Must have experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop and refine user stories, maintaining project information in relevant tools, and ensuring clear and consistent documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
