Job Title: Recipient Services RepresentativeJob Description

As a Recipient Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all Benefit Recipients receive exceptional services when making changes to their pensions. Your responsibilities will include accurately and promptly entering all required information for changes, corrections, stoppages, or resumptions of pensions. You will communicate with recipients via phone or mail, always providing sympathetic and efficient service. Additionally, you will process various pension-related documentation and requests, maintain essential records, and assist in other administrative tasks to support pension management.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Rockville, Maryland.

Work Environment

Initially, this role requires working 40 hours per week in the office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Upon permanent employment, you will transition to a 35-hour workweek with a flexible schedule starting between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM and ending between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. After meeting the training requirements, teleworking options become available, requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for making outbound calls.
