Perform various operational tasks in an expeditious and accurate manner, including, but not limited to:

• Electronically file documents with the bankruptcy court
• Perform retrieval and related processing of incoming data and/or documentation
• Perform submission and related processing of outgoing data and/or documentation
• Perform liaison activities between our firm/attorneys, clients, intra-office personnel, and/or 3rd parties

Requirements

REQUIRED : 2+ years Bankruptcy Creditor Rights Law Firm experience

REQUIRED : Applicant must reside in the following eligible states: AL, CT, FL, GA, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, NH, NC, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT and VA

Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills

Proven record of dependability and ability to work well independently and with a team

Hours: 40 Hours 1st Shift (Monday Friday)
