Were looking for talented candidates who understand commercial lines coverage and risk and can manage the renewals of a diverse book of small and middle market accounts. The Account Executives generally renew larger accounts; this role owns smaller renewals. We believe that careful and critical underwriting and pricing of renewals of all sizes is critical and paramount to the success of our relationships and our performance. If youre analytically minded, hands-on and an aggressive self-starter, this ones for you.

In this role, you will be a central member of our underwriting and relationship management team working with our renewal book with our agencies, supporting our Account Executives (AE), who are multi-line underwriters. You will own and enhance the renewal activity and strategy for your book and bring forward measures to maintain and improve the quality and performance of that book.

Requirements

• 3+ years of multi-line commercial lines renewal underwriting experience with a carrier
• Continuous insurance education and designations strongly preferred
• Superior desk management skills with an entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, and drive
• Prior agency experience a plus
• All around team player who learns fast, is eager to solve problems and loves getting results
