AZZ has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator at our Fort Worth Texas corporate office. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources you are a master collaborator working with both plant level management and corporate safety to ensure the alignment of daily administrative tasks. You ll coordinate the policies, programs, and activities related to safety, workers compensation, and employee programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources to ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Advises management of any employee relations/labor relations issues (i.e. grievances, arbitration activity, collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations, and CBA compliance).
  • Assists with the investigation of accidents and collects data for input into the system and all required OSHA reporting documents.
  • Assists with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) training to comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
  • Maintains all personnel-related documentation, including personnel files, and related records and reports.
  • Supports the Human Resources Manager in the areas labor force analysis, key performance indicator (KPI) reporting, and posting of data on the KPI/Business boards.
  • Assists with projects and additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a related role, including safety, or learning and development.
  • Concise and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work with autonomy and discretion while maintaining employee privacy.
  • Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Up to 10% travel required, may include international.

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business or related field required.
  • HR certifications strongly preferred.
