Job Title: Remote Licensed Sales Agent

Job Description: This is a Remote Licensed Sales Agent role with a base pay of $37,000, plus uncapped commission and bonuses. Total compensation is between $69,000 and $87,000 with top producers earning $100,000+ annually.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (PST).

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Outbound and inbound sales calls
• Drafting emails and text messages
• Cross-selling current customers
• Hitting realistic metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Professional development and training

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of prior insurance sales experience
• Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your state
• Have obtained non-resident licenses or have the ability and willingness to do so
• Have a stable and reliable internet connection
• A thorough understanding of technology
• Good time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for success
