Our client is a top Am law firm, seeking an experienced Patent Attorney to join the growing intellectual property team. This role can be based in any of our client's offices including: District of Columbia: Washington; Georgia: Atlanta; North Carolina: Charlotte; Colorado: Northglenn; South Carolina: Charleston, Columbia; Texas: Houston; Mississippi: Ridgeland; Alabama: Birmingham, Mobile, Montgomery; Louisiana: Baton Rouge, New Orleans; Tennessee: Chattanooga, Memphis, Nashville; Florida: Jacksonville, Sarasota, Tallahassee, Tampa

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will offer crucial insight and counsel on all aspects of intellectual property, primarily focusing on patent prosecution. This role offers the opportunity to serve a diverse client base, including industry leaders in healthcare, telecommunications, banking, energy, and more.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in patent prosecution
• Active, good standing membership of the Patent Bar.
