Staffing Sales / Account Executive, Professional Staffing

Fantastic opportunity working in the Professional Services division of a 35-year old staffing firm based in Northern Virginia.

Candidates MUST Possess The Following

• Experience selling professional staffing, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, A&F or Administrative in the DC Metro region
• Proven success in business development of both contract and direct hire staffing solutions
• Ability to self-motivate and meet assigned goals and objectives for the role
• Desire to find a long term opportunity with a defined career path
• Exceptional job tenure
• Resourcefulness and in-depth knowledge of staffing account management and territory management
• Ability to thrive and operate under ambiguity and contribute to the development of formal processes

Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission plan.
