Salary: $45,000 to $65,000 annually.

Employment Type: Full-time or part-time, in-person or hybrid.

Compensation: W2 or 1099 options available.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and update comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide person-centered counseling services, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Collaborate with other service providers and agencies to ensure holistic care.
• Support clients in transition planning and discharge processes.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in case reviews, presentations, and utilization reviews.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and team effort.

Qualifications:

• LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCADC required. (Supervised positions available for LGPC, LGADC)
• Minimum one year of experience in behavioral health or SUD treatment.
• Acceptable background check.
• Experience in SUD treatment, including SUD Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Salary: $45,000 to $65,000 annually.

• Initial training provided by the local client.
