- 5+ years Service Advisor experience
- 2+ Years Service Manager experience ideal
- Highly organized, excellent communicator
- Technology savy; intereted in utilizing and optimizing technology tools available
- Deliver numbers and results while working harmoniously with both internal customers and external customers.
- Focused on achieving excellence with customer service while meeting and exceeding financial goals.
- Must provide great customer service
- Sales experience required
- Provide steady shop flow
- Must have strong training and coaching skills
