Help Desk (100% remote)

Job description

  • Work Arrangement-100% Remote. The position requires a minimum of one week of in-person training at the Madison office. The potential second week of in-person training depends on the first week. After training is complete, the candidate can be in-person, hybrid, or fully remote.
  • Key Skills -- Help Desk or IT Support Roles (3 years+), ITSM tools, Active Directory, etc.
  • Bonus Skills -- Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, Network Topology, LAN, etc.
  1. The candidate has 3+ years in Help Desk roles.
  2. The candidate is currently in Wisconsin (or can relocate at the start) and will be there for the duration of the contract.
  3. The candidate can do 1-2 weeks of onsite training in Madison (location above; no expense reimbursement).
  4. The candidate is OK with working remotely (from WI) and, while remote, can provide the equipment to do the role (see the job description for details)
  5. The candidate has a history with two of the three below:
    • IT Service Management Tools (Incident and Service Request focus)
    • Active Directory Tools
    • Support of Microsoft Windows 10/11 installations
    • Networking - Troubleshooting, Changes, Topology, LAN/WAN
