Job Description
Working along with the Production Operations team, this role will analyze and design processes and systems solutions, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Role will also assist in integrating solutions for monitoring new processes, integrations, along with deployment validations from UAT to production.
- Analyze and Report on Daily Operations
- Trend analysis
- Analyze and provide explanations of anomalies
- Assist in operations relationships with interface partners
- Monitoring of various endpoints, batch processes using Splunk, Dynatrace, and OpenSearch
- Triaging of data abnormalities in effort to provide solutions to the client
- Strong documentation skills

Business ReportingMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, other relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in Systems Engineering/Analysis.
- Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to elicit, analyze, document, and validate the system requirements that support the required system changes to meet the business need.
- Must have the ability to work under aggressive deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize as necessary.
- Excellent analytical, comprehension, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of server operating systems, network fundamentals and architecture, and database applications.
- Ability to provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
- Ability to work with various programming languages, operating systems, and computer hardware platforms.
- Capability to creatively solve requirements needs.
- Experience applying process and systems engineering, analytics and operations research methods at every phase of a project.
