Blue Ridge Industries, Custom Injection Molders, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Winchester, VA area.

- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures in compliance with legal codes and regulations on all work projects.
- Coordinate with vendor contractors as required.
- Submit requests to Facilities Manager for equipment needed.
- Perform non-planned maintenance on production machinery.
- Perform planned maintenance, including preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Assist in the modification of existing equipment and the installation of new manufacturing equipment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
- Record information as required by the Company s work order/ERP system.
- Instruct other employees in the operation and function of production machines.
- Assist other mechanics and production employees in repair tasks as required.
- Assist in mold hanging when requested.
- Assist in the plant housekeeping.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
