Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Metal Spinning Programmer/Set-Up with a strong background in operating and programming CNC Metal Spinning Machines. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and a passion for precision machining.

Responsibilities:

• Program and set up CNC Metal Spinning Machines to produce high-quality metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure efficient production runs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Document production processes, machine settings, and any deviations for future reference.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience operating and programming CNC Metal Spinning Machines.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and interpreting technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
