We are a growing Residential Developer in the Washington D.C. area looking for a licensed architect.

About the position:

• Designing both major single family renovations as well as ground-up residential construction.
• You will collaborate with the construction project management teams and other departments at the company
• Adhere to schedules and deadlines for design production and construction administration
• Produce basic electrical and plumbing plans for projects
• Managing drafters

About You:

• Licensed Architect
• Experience in both single family homes and multifamily construction
• Experience with Washington D.C. architecture/construction is preferred, but if you have a great personality and the right experience, we can work with that (or even relocate you)
• Ability to work in-person
• Management experience is a plus
• Revit experience

Compensation

• $110,000 to $150,000
