Patient Services Specialist100% On-SiteWoodbridge, VA$17/hr based on experienceJob Description:+ The Patient Service Specialist will sit at the front desk of a busy outpatient specialty clinic in Woodbridge, VA+ Patient registration, scheduling follow up appointments, check in, check out.+ General customer service to all patients for whatever they may need.+ Answering all phone calls as they come in, helping patients with whatever they may need.+ Documenting Doctor's notes on the patient files in the EMR system they use.+ Multi Tasking with a doctor needing things from them, the patients being in front of them, and the phones ringing.+ Will be on the phones 33% of the time, on the computer 33% of the time, and helping patients 33% of the time.+ This is a full-time contract to hire job opportunity with benefits!Schedule: Schedule is set from week to week, but shifts vary between 7 AM - 6 PM+ Candidates must be available to work this exact schedule, there is no option for flexibility on these days/times.Additional Skills & Qualifications:+ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent+ At least 1-2 years of administrative experience+ Healthcare admin experience (medical front desk or PRA or PSC) preferredAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
