Collegiate Hotel Group, is seeking a Public Areas Attendant to join Graduate Annapolis and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, and stairwells to meet quality standards

* Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, and vacuums, sweeps, and mops?floors

* Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes?trash

* Maintains?lobby,?elevators,?stairways,?hallways,?and?Front?Desk?area?to?assure they are clean, neat and free of all rubbish and?debris

* Cleans and maintains public restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests

* Restrooms?must?be?inspected?once?per?hour?to?assure they remain neat and?clean

* Removes spots, insects and debris, polishes?fixtures?and cleans?ashtrays

* Delivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed

* Greets guests in a warm and authentic fashion

* Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* High School Diploma/GED
