Mayvin is seeking experienced applicants to serve as Senior Analyst to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division.

This Position is Pending Contract Award.
Responsibilities:
- Perform critical project management, technical, or business analysis of major defense acquisition systems and provide recommendations to ensure project success.
- Provide project analysis support for all aspects of the project.
- Participate as a member of and/or support the specified Project and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information relating to projects.
- Track project status and schedules.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience, with a minimum of six (6) years of recent and relevant experience related to analysis and planning. Demonstrated experience in the listed functional responsibilities.
- Specialized and experienced in one of the following specialties: Project Management, Technical or Business Analysis, related to systems acquisition and life cycle management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Defense policy and documentation related to Planning, Programming and Budgeting System (PPBS), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPR), Work Requests, Requisitions, CDRLs and DD Form 254 (as specified in the DoD 5000 series).
- Experience in processing acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military projects, as well as demonstrated experience in the project status, earned value management, and schedules.
