Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Corporate Communications Writer with Copy Editing skills to join their team.
Please note: this role will be onsite three days per week and has the opportunity to become a full time role for the right person.
Corporate Communications Writer Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit web and intranet content, firm profiles, biographies
- Draft and edit content for various directories, newsletters, internal announcements, talking points, award nominations, survey responses, and marketing collateral
- Post content on the firm's website, intranet, etc.
- Obtain relevant partner and client approvals
- Develop a thorough understanding of the firms history, clients and services
- Conduct interviews and perform research
Corporate Communications Writer Qualifications:
- Corporate communications writing experience from a professional services background
- Law firm experience is a plus!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to adopt the preferred active writing style of our managing partner and other firm leaders
- Able to manage competing deadlines and collaborate with very busy partners
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effort
- High level of intellectual curiosity
