Administrative Assistant - Product Management, Compliance, and General Admin

As an Administrative Assistant at International Cellars, you'll wear many hats and be the backbone of our operations. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, from order management and product management to compliance and general administrative duties. We're looking for someone who can juggle multiple tasks with a smile and bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything they do.

Responsibilities

Product Management: Assist in product lifecycle management, including planning, development, and product launches. Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless execution.
Compliance: Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to and assist in maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
General Administrative Duties: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, data entry, and office organization. Be the go-to person for any administrative support the team needs.
Order Management: Assist the warehouse team with quality control
Vendor Management: Assist our vendors and their teams to coordinate interactions with the warehouse
Tech Savvy: Help out admin division migrate to a new ERP by collecting and configuring any necessary data.

Qualifications

Positive Personality: A friendly, approachable demeanor is a must. You should enjoy interacting with people and have a genuine desire to help others.
Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities without missing a beat. Attention to detail is key.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to convey information clearly and effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software and systems.
Problem-Solver: Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to challenges that arise.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work closely with various departments to achieve common goals.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with purchasing, product management, and compliance tasks is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in office administration or related fields are a bonus.
