Amentum is seeking an **Apple / Mac Administrator - JAMF Pro** to provide support with the Apple Ecosystem to include hardware and software to join our team and support our **Washington, DC** customer. We are looking for team members who are passionate about making a difference by working on critical efforts we manage as a premier government contractor.

Responsibilities:

+ Be responsible for providing back-end engineering support on MAC operating systems.

+ Interface with senior government personnel on a daily basis.

+ Respond to and resolve end user issues that require advanced knowledge of Apple or iOS systems.

+ Update the status of queued service requests with the IT service management system.

+ Evaluate, design, document, install, implement, test, perform problem isolation and resolution, monitor, tune, set standards and maintain a complex range of computer network components and systems.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ At least 5 years of experience providing engineering support, specializing in Apple hardware and MAC operating systems

+ Proven experience should include some of the following:

+ Automation with several aspects of JAMF

+ Engineering solutions to manual tasks

+ Security focused with experience in implementing DISA STIG Profiles

+ Creating EXT Attributes in JAMF

+ Adobe applications, packaging, troubleshooting, license management

+ Quickly assisting users and solving complex macOS related issues

+ Apple Script, bash/shell scripting

+ FileVault 2 Enterprise Management

+ VPN Configuration Profiles

+ Working with PLIST and JSON files

+ Proficiency with the English language

+ Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational hardware and software as needed

+ Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ JAMF certification and/or other Apple Certifications
