CRISP Shared Services (CSS) serves as the designated Health Information Exchange (HIE) for Maryland and Washington, D.C., with affiliates in West Virginia, Connecticut, Alaska and Virginia. CSS facilitates the electronic transfer of clinical information between disparate information systems in order to positively impact the healthcare system through improved patient care and outcomes, reduced costs, and data-driven understanding of regional public health concerns.

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Detailed design, coding, code optimization, unit testing, and code deployment
- Full software lifecycle: requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, development, code reviews, test automation, and implementation using Agile methodologies (Scrum, TDD, BDD)
- Review and provide feedback on other developers' code
- Help your team solve difficult problems, learn from other developers
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Review designs of your peers, as well as fix bugs, and troubleshoot operational issues
- Accountable, solution-oriented team that meets goals, focused on satisfying customer needs
- Creative problem-solving, working in a team
Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce.com applications development and implementation
- 3-5 years of experience using Apex Classes / Controllers, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, Test Classes, schedule jobs, batch jobs, and email services
- 3-5 years of experience with Flows, Dashboards, Custom Objects, and Custom Settings
- 3-5 years of experience with Aura Components and LWC
- Experience developing in Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud
- Experience integrating external applications with Salesforce using REST/SOAP
- Experience with Salesforce Shield
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience with CICD
- Knowledge of Agile software development practices
- Proven strong analytical and debugging skills
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Salesforce Administrator certification strongly recommended
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred
