You must be a US citizen with an Active Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this position.
Serves as a facilitator in the efficient operation of an engineering and analytics team through the application of Agile methodologies. Collaborates with the Release Train Engineer, team delivery leads, and the Bureau Chief Data Officer to achieve project objectives. Provides guidance and support to the Scrum Team, eliminating obstacles to successful implementation and maintaining focus on current tasks. Leads scrum and agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Assists in the preparation for and participation in ART and program-wide agile ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, system demos, and feature acceptance. Identifies and communicates progress using relevant metrics. Proficiency in Azure DevOps is highly preferred.

Requirements
- Active Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience in Agile Scrum Project Management
- Agile Certification
