Our client, an association in the real estate finance industry, is seeking a direct hire Digital Marketing Analyst to enhance and support their marketing team!

About the Job:

• Create reports and dashboards to share insights on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and showcase results.
• Establish KPIs and determine strategies to measure the level of success for each campaign.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to identify trends, following up with feedback and recommendations to increase campaign effectiveness.
• Compile and review marketing data from various channels including the website, social media outlets, marketing automation, and email marketing campaigns.
• Design and optimize marketing automation campaigns, collaborating across the marketing department and throughout the organization.

About You:

• 4+ years of digital marketing and analytics experience are required.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience in MS Office Suite, Google Analytics 4, Tableau, social media analytics tools, and Eloqua (or a similar email platform) is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing technology, including segmentation, tracking conversions, and creating audiences.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80K-$88K salary range (DOE).
• Hybrid schedule with 3 days/week in the Washington, DC office.
