Job description

Our client is a SaaS software, AI infused technology company that helps world organizations manage risk and guard against potential threats to their security, has a newly created Director of Finance opportunity.


We are seeking a Finance Director with over 10 years of financial leadership experience in the technology and SaaS sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in guiding technology companies through periods of rapid growth, planning and analysis, and strategic planning. This position will report to the CEO and is part of the leadership team.

This is a generous Hybrid work situation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and finance functions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead financial strategy planning and execution to support company growth and profitability.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize financial KPIs to monitor and enhance business performance.
  • Spearhead the budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives.
  • Support debt facilities and capital fundraising efforts.
  • Actively contribute to strategic planning and provide advice on the financial implications of business decisions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards.
  • Foster collaboration with other C-suite executives to ensure financial strategies support overall business goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in global financial management and dealing with international markets.
  • Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics, modeling, and forecasting.
  • Proficient in operational efficiency and optimizing cash flow.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Visionary leadership combined with a proactive approach to financial management.
