Retail Leasing AssociateadvisoRE is a commercial real estate brokerage firm focused on Landlord representation in retail leasing and investment sales. The company is quickly growing its retail portfolio and is in need of a Retail Leasing Associate to assist the team.The retail leasing associate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team of trusted and entrepreneurial advisors, which has 70+ years of combined experience in CRE brokerage, and will be expected to take on increasing amounts of responsibility.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Servicing existing retail listing portfolioLeading property toursResponding to space inquiriesCanvassing and prospect callingPreparing and negotiating Letters of IntentReviewing leases and financial documents to create abstracts and reportsCultivating relationships with brokers, owners and tenantsConducting market researchThe ideal candidate will have:Real Estate Salesperson License in MD, DC, and/or VA1-3 years of experience and/or interest in the Commercial Real Estate fieldExcellent communication skillsReliable transportationKnowledge of the Washington, DC Metro RegionWorking knowledge of excel, word and CRM software
