Opportunity for conversion or extension.Location: Onsite (Hybrid) in McLean, VA on Tuesday, Wednesday and ThursdaySchedule: StandardYears of experience: 7+Must Have: SDLC with Waterfall and Agile, Agile Certificate, Financial Industry experience, Atlassian, ability to identify risk.Preferred: Risk and Audit experienceQualifications:5+ years of demonstrated relevant experience in SDLC governance, agile and/or program management.Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.Minimum of Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Scrum Master (PMI-ACP) required.5+ years of direct experience in one or more aspects of Information Technology (Software design/ development, IT Architecture, or other related IT areas).5+ years of explicit experience as an Agile Scrum Master of an Agile delivery team, preferably in a variety of situations including a large enterprise, a scaled environment, and a matrixed organization.Effective facilitation skills.Effective coaching and mentoring skills.Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous, fast paced environment where priorities shift rapidly.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine solutions that help everyone win.Effective influence, collaboration, and negotiation skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Hands-on Atlassian tool experience (Jira, Confluence) preferred.Ability to breakdown sophisticated technology concepts and present to senior leadership.Keys to Success in this Role:Hardworking and take pride in owning your work.Ability to understand and communicate well with a passion to get the job done.Open minded to embrace new processes, technologies, and culture.Ready to take on any kind of work to help drive things forward.Innovative in providing solutions.Comfortable navigating difficult conversations.
