We are looking to hire a Product "Brand" Manager I immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

The Product "Brand" Manager, Food Away From Home is a key member of the Customer Marketing team supporting the execution of national account and non-commercial customer marketing business segment for the North American FAFH business. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic customer marketing plans and programs that meet the growth objectives of the brands and business segment. This role is for an individual who is a critical thinker and passionate to challenge the status quo and excited by creative problem solving. In addition, this position will actively collaborate cross-functionally with our Sales, Culinary and Brand team to create compelling sales/insight story and present product information to customers as well as support customer specific initiatives and business objectives. We are looking for someone with strong marketing fundamentals and a holistic approach to driving business growth. Position reports to Director of NA Customer Marketing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Responsible for customer marketing and promotions management including planning, analysis and customer & consumer communication/presentations.

* Executes customer specific marketing plans and go-to-market models to grow business within new and existing customers (including both on-premise and digital campaigns). Strong coordination with cross functional teams is required to ensure solid execution.

* Leads projects across national account and non-commercial business segments, providing strategic & tactical coordination with internal (eg sales, culinary, research development) and external partners (eg agencies and customers).

* Responsible for QSR/food service and category market trend(s) research and analysis.

* Responsible for the delivery of customer presentations related to marketing capabilities and trends as required.

* Measures and reports key performance indicators.

* Potential for frequent travel across US and Canada to customer meetings.

Qualifications Required:

* BA/BS in Marketing or related field.

* 3 - 5 years marketing experience in Food Service, CPG or related field.

* Experience includes strategic thinking, communication, teamwork, project leadership, P&L understanding, syndicated databases, research, consumer activation and communication.

* Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication & organizational skills required.

* Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, brokers, agencies and customers.

* Strong multi-tasking skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and lead large projects from concept through to execution and performance measurement.
