Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer for our client, a locally owned and operated mechanical contractor in Arlington, VA!

- Managing projects including preparing proposals for review/approval by the Principal, acting as the point-of-contact, scheduling resources, preparing billing reports, and coordinating the necessary designs
- Acting as Commissioning Authority on projects by preparing electrical system commissioning specifications and commissioning plans
- Troubleshooting projects including field investigations, design analysis, and issuing reports and sketches of corrective actions, as appropriate
- Working closely with clients while performing engineering site visits, preparing design documents, and commissioning activities on new and existing equipment
- Performing duties as a manager and/or mentor to assigned staff, including training, review of reports and correspondence, and input to the Principal regarding individual performance
- 8+ years of experience with the electrical side of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) contracting
