Front Desk Administrative Assistant LHH is seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to work a contract-to-hire role in Columbia, MD. The ideal candidate will have experience working a front desk as well as have administrative experience and the desire to learn and grow professionally. This opportunity would be perfect for someone who is looking to work immediately and gain experience in a well-known financial corporation.
Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming calls and direct to the appropriate individual
Follow up with client scheduling and appointments
Outreach to clients for follow-up communication
Possess strong communication skills
Greet customers and employees that come into the office
Direct individuals to the right area of the building
Notify the correct individual when a visitor or vendor has arrived at the office
May receive and route faxes
Schedule and reserve meeting times as needed
Filing, scanning, and typing duties as needed
Administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook capabilities
Strong communication skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Ability to work independently
Friendly personality
Previous experience working a front desk

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
