Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Inside Sales Associate with experience in mechanical equipment or HVAC sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating leads, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems or mechanical equipment and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to customers. This position is hybrid 1 day a week remote after 90 days.
Responsibilities:
$25 - $32 an hour
This position does not include commission but an annual bonus up to 10%.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's mechanical equipment and HVAC products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitors' offerings.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products and solutions for their projects.
- Order Management:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
