We're currently seeking a full-time Catering Coordinator to engage in outstanding customer service, order processing and some event planning. Job Description:

• Work with customers to plan food for their meetings and events (by phone and online).
• Insure that those orders are communicated to both the kitchen and delivery staff quickly and effectively
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and Sales & Coordinating teams to prepare and review orders for completeness.
• Work as a team player with a passion for continuous learning.
• While we're not an event company, some event planning is required for key clients.
• Create invoices and function sheets.
• We are looking for:

• Food service or retail sales experience
