Allstate Exteriors is seeking an experienced and motivated Salesperson looking to take the next step in their career!
In this position, you will be responsible for driving a team of door-to-door canvassers and sales reps following our industry leading sales process. This will be accomplished by training, motivating, and managing the team. You will be out in the field a minimum of 35+ hours a week leading the team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales.

Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and build relationships
Lead a team of canvassers and sales representatives
Manage and maintain accurate customer records
Track lead and prospect information in the company CRM
Scope and bid projects
Prep estimates and quotes for customers
Requirements
Leadership abilities
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and as a team
Proficient in Google Drive, and Microsoft Office
Door to door Canvassing or Door to door sales are a major plus!
