Allstate Exteriors is seeking an experienced and motivated Salesperson looking to take the next step in their career!
In this position, you will be responsible for driving a team of door-to-door canvassers and sales reps following our industry leading sales process. This will be accomplished by training, motivating, and managing the team. You will be out in the field a minimum of 35+ hours a week leading the team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and build relationships
- Lead a team of canvassers and sales representatives
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records
- Track lead and prospect information in the company CRM
- Scope and bid projects
- Prep estimates and quotes for customers
Requirements
- Leadership abilities
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Proficient in Google Drive, and Microsoft Office
- Door to door Canvassing or Door to door sales are a major plus!
