Title: Permitting Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Review construction project plans to determine permitting jurisdiction
- Create permit package based on jurisdiction requirements
- Track permit submittal and receive dates and send received permits to project stakeholders
- Follow up with jurisdiction reviewers on permit submittals at specified intervals
- New permit design request intake and project set up
- Permit close out with jurisdiction after completion of work
- Project close out internally after permits received
- Complete permit packages and return to client for submittal for projects not internally designed
- Familiarize with all agency permitting requirements and build relationships with agency contacts
- JULIE design locate calls for proposed design projects
Required Skill Set:
- Very organized and ability to handles 100's of active projects simultaneously

- Attention to Detail
- Driven to work autonomously
