$130,000 - $158,000 a year

Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including military and civilian personnel, to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Solution Development and Implementation:
- Work with development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with Army or DoD standards and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business process models, use cases, and system specifications.
- Project Management and Coordination:
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication and Training:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and refine requirements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
