Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to support our projects with the U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD). The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Army or DoD processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities:
    • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, including military and civilian personnel, to gather and document business requirements.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
    • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
    • Solution Development and Implementation:
    • Work with development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
    • Ensure solutions are aligned with Army or DoD standards and compliance requirements.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, including business process models, use cases, and system specifications.
    • Project Management and Coordination:
    • Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Stakeholder Communication and Training:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
    • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and refine requirements.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the analysis process.
