Job Description:

We are looking for a Land Use Attorney to join a prestigious law firm based out in Sacramento. You will play a crucial role in advising clients on various land use and environmental matters. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Northern California while collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on land use, zoning, environmental regulations, and permitting processes.
• Represent clients in hearings, meetings, and negotiations with regulatory agencies and local governments.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including development agreements, environmental impact reports, and zoning ordinances.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in land use and environmental law.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to develop strategies and solutions for clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience litigating land use and environmental law.
• Strong knowledge of zoning laws, environmental regulations, and permitting processes.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

Compensation: $160k - $300k
