Our client (law firm) is in search of someone who can provide efficient legal services both independently and as part of a team, and who is eager to quickly integrate into their robust national corporate practice.

Their ideal candidate should have extensive experience with acquisitions, mergers,divestitures and joint ventures, as well as working with private equity funds and financial institutions.

Qualifications

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Must be admitted or eligible for admission in the District of Columbia
• 5+ years of M&A and private equity transactional experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Professionalism in working and engaging with clients and colleagues
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and balance competing responsibilities
