Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Therapist at David's Loft in Baltimore, MD. The Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to clients, conducting assessments and evaluations, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records. The counselor will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care and may participate in outreach and community education events.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Maryland
• Experience in individual and group counseling
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
