TWW Enterprises is seeking motivated candidates ready to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner. You In This Position

In this role you will provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Partner. This team member will be responsible for ensuring the office operations and efficiency of the firm. You will demonstrate your ability to rapidly learn, be resourceful, and manage multiple projects. You will serve as the administrative support, project coordinator, communication liaison and conduit to the team. This role requires your discretion, reliability, adaptability, resourcefulness, and agility in completing tasks and day-to-day management of tasks. A trustworthy candidate with attention to detail and a strong work ethic is necessary for success in this role.


Functional Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant position will provide daily support to the firm s Managing Partner with tasks that include scheduling meetings and calendar management, reviewing and responding to requests, prioritizing and responding to emails, answering and returning phone calls, organizing documents, managing the office, maintaining records, note taking during meetings, tracking action items and other administrative tasks that support the Managing Partner in performing their job. Additionally, this position will:


  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Create and maintain databases and filing systems.
  • Prepare agendas and plans for meetings and conferences.
  • Conduct and analyze research and provide logical results.
  • Prepare, track, and monitor tasks.
  • Draft, process, coordinate, update, file and maintain paper and electronic documents.
  • Maintain appropriate records pertaining to correspondence, expense allocations, and operations.
  • Assist with communicating on behalf of Managing Partner.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, calls and event bookings.
  • Provide additional duties as the need arises.
  • Handle tasks for Managing Partner and team members as needed.


Minimum Qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • In lieu of degree, 5+ years of relevant experience.


Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficient in the creation and display of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proficient in using correct grammar and in writing summaries, taking notes, and performing other written works.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to muliti-task and prioritize daily workload.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time accordingly.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with office machines and applications (e.g., copy machines).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $55,000 $70,000 per year
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance


Work Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a public trust clearance.
  • Must be able to pass a favorable federal tax check.


Location

  • Hybrid remote and DC office
