Senior Property Manager | $110k - $130k base salary | Alexandria, VA

Hays Commercial Real Estate has partnered with a hugely successful owner operator, who are actively recruiting for an exciting opportunity in Alexandria for a Senior Property Manager to oversee a key class A office building and surrounding assets.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and financials across the portfolio, with a key focus on maintaining the highest levels of tenant and client relationships. Duties will include, but not limited to, conducting regular property inspections to ensure building standards are being met, preparing annual budgets, managing vendors, overseeing capital projects, and ensuring regular contact with tenants to maintain strong relationships. You will also work alongside the Director of Property Management in overseeing capital planning across the wider portfolio.
