We're looking for someone to work closely with colleagues in the local control team, and our central Service Delivery Support team, to provide real time information to our customers.
The successful person will have the ability and confidence to think creatively and to provide accurate customer feedback and suggestions to the local management team.
As a Customer Helper you will be required to:
* Be the public face of Stagecoach Southeast
* Help answer customer queries
* Provide helpful and accurate real-time service information
* Feedback suggestions on customer sentiment to the local managers
You will receive training and support to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need fulfil the role, all we ask from you is that you're enthusiastic, positive, proactive and that your heart is in the right place! You must have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to changing situations.
