In addition, to leading diverse multi-functional teams, this position will also prioritizecontinuous improvement project across the business.What will you be doing?* Lead multi-functional teams through projects of various magnitudes.* Actively leads and develops a culture of continuous improvement in improving working environment and business systems at S+N.* Aides in capturing and analyzing large amounts of sophisticated data to develop comprehensive cases.* Asks questions and seeks clarification in order to deliver the best outcomes for S+N* Aides in authoring of technical documents where applicable, such as, but not limited to change controls, risk assessments, validations, SOPs, etc.* Lead risk assessments development and performs gap assessments in manufacturing, current and future processes.* Provide support during new product transfers from new product development to manufacturing.* Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing efficiencies and compliance.* Assists with user needs documents to drive a solution-based approach to manufacturing and business transformation.* Drive Kaizens, value streams, and other continuous improvement activities to identify additional efficiency improvements.* Other duties as assigned.What will you need to be successful?* 5+ years of relevant manufacturing / process engineering experience in an FDA regulated controlled environment.* Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* Proven ability to work in a professional, multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team as a group leader, facilitator, or participant.* Effective verbal and written communication skills.* Open collaborative style: ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision or direction.* Unfazed by ambiguity and comfortable in environments with shifting priorities* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including solid interpersonal skills.* Proven time management and organizational skills* Proven ability to build relationships across organizational departments and reporting structures.You.
