**What You'll Be Doing:**

The Talent Operations team supports Evolent employees and departments as they change the health of the nation by changing the way healthcare is delivered. We provide excellent customer service, drive Talent Operational efficiency and accuracy, and collaborate across the broader Talent team to support business initiatives.

**Collaboration Opportunities:**

The Lead, Talent Operations will report to the Manager, Talent Operations and work closely with other Leads and Coordinators on the Talent Operations team. They will specialize in supporting our work in Evolent's HRIS system, Workday, and will collaborate with our HRIS Team and our broader Talent Team including Talent Partners, Recruiting, Talent Analytics, and other departments to support day-to-day transactions in Workday, Workday data management and changes, and testing for system enhancements.

**What You Will Be Doing:**

+ Research and respond to Talent Operations inquiries and requests from employees and managers in a manner reflecting excellent and timely customer service.

+ Manage transactions in the HRIS system including gathering the appropriate level of information to correctly input new starter, employee change, and termination transactions.

+ Support testing for Workday system enhancements.

+ Support Workday data and audit requests, including completing monthly audits.

+ Support the Talent Operations Team by updating processes and training materials, driving team meetings focused on Workday, and answering process questions from the Talent Operations Team

+ Stay abreast of Talent best practices, and actively make recommendations for process improvements to drive efficiency and add value for our team and employees.

**Qualifications - Required and Preferred:**

+ 2-3 years of applicable experience at a high volume, fast-paced organization-Required.

+ High School Diploma- **Required.**

+ Strong experience working in Microsoft Excel- **Required.**

+ Strong experience with Workday, including EIB's and testing for system enhancements- **Required.**

+ Strong attention to detail- **Preferred.**

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and show professional maturity with sensitive data- **Preferred** .

+ Analytical mindset that can identify and solve problems- **Preferred.**

+ Proven to be organized and task-oriented- **Preferred.**

+ Interest in streamlining and improving processes by recommending improvements- **Preferred.**

**Technical Requirements:**

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $25.00/hour up $27.00/ hour. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
