Caregivers are integral members of our team, and we are committed to supporting you throughout your caregiving journey.
Our valued caregivers enjoy a variety of shifts, competitive pay, and are always treated with kindness and respect. Caregivers follow a daily care schedule, engaging in one-on-one relationships with clients in their homes. Pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour.
Shifts available include mornings and afternoons on weekdays, weekends, or a combination of both.

We provide paid training to all Care Advocates, covering the following responsibilities:
Caregiver Responsibilities:
Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating
Assist in the transportation of clients for errands, doctor appointments, and social activities
Offer companionship and basic care to clients
Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Build rapport with clients through engaging conversation and companionship
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
2 years or more of experience in Home Health Aid and Caregiving
Active Virginia HHA or CNA license (preferred)
Must be 18 years or older
Current TB, CPR, and health screening
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional and friendly attitude
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to work well in teams
Enjoyment in spending time with seniors
Job Location: Woodbridge, VA, and surrounding areas
