McGill AirClean and McGill AirPressure, subsidiaries of United McGill, have about 70 years experience solving air pollution control problems for a large variety of industrial sources, including furnaces, boilers, incinerators, kilns and dryers, and providing pressure processing equipment such as autoclaves and vacuum dryers for many industries.

Duties

• Produce electrical designs and drawings for pressure processing equipment and air pollution control equipment.
• Travel to customer job sites to perform start-up of new systems, and service or troubleshoot existing systems such as precipitators, fabric filters, scrubbers, oxidizers and catalytic reactors and assist in start-up, service and troubleshooting work in the field.

The position is based in Columbus, OH

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
• Two year s experience in electrical design work, including industrial control networks, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, MCCs, and the like.
• Field trouble shooting experience
• Familiarity with NEC preferred.
• Ability to travel on average about 25% to 50% per month, anywhere in North America and occasionally abroad.
